What type of carpet cleaning process does The Cleaning Solutions use?

We are a full carpet cleaning company. We use both hot water (steam) extraction and dry cleaning methods.

What is the best method?

Hot water or steam cleaning is the preferred and most popular method, but it still comes down to preference.

What are the differences between the two methods?

Both methods use some form of water and chemical for cleaning. Steam is obviously used in steam cleaning, which kills germs in carpets, washes the carpet, and extracts all of the water and dirt. Drying time is longer and varies in this method.
Dry cleaning method uses a pre-spray chemical that is brushed in using a special machine that gets down deep into the fibers of the carpet. These special chemicals attach to the dirt particles and crystallize in the drying process. The dirt is then extracted during normal vacuuming by homeowner. Drying time is about 2 hours.

What kind of equipment do you use?

For steam cleaning, we use a truck mount system with a propane heater that allows us to maintain true steam throughout the cleaning. For the dry cleaning, we use a Whittaker® and a Brush Pro™

Why are your prices so much cheaper than the other companies in the area?

The Cleaning Solutions is an owner/operator business with low overhead. We do not cut any corners, so you still get a high-quality service for a fair price. It’s a win-win situation for all!

How often should my carpets be cleaned?

The number of times your carpets should be cleaned every year should be equal to the number of people who live in your house. So, if two people live in your home, you should have two cleanings a year.
Our carpets are made of fabric just like our clothing, except our carpets generally aren’t treated as well as our clothing. When we wear a shirt once, we wash it. We use our carpets daily, but we wait for them to be visibly dirty before we clean them. Luckily, with the low prices and experience we have to offer, you can get your carpets cleaned more often and enjoy cleaner carpets for years to come.
